Day 1: Arrival In Rome

On your arrival, our representatives will meet and welcome you at the arrival hall. There will be a ride waiting to transfer you to the hotel immediately for check-in. You’ll have the rest of the day on your own and dinner will be served in time before we spend overnight in Rome.

Day 2: Rome City Tour To The Vatican Museum And St. Peter’s Basilica

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel today before we check out and leave for Rome. An English-speaking tour will accompany you today with the Vatican City as our first destination of the day. Vatican is the world’s smallest country around only 100 acres wide. Do note that you’re not allowed shorts or sleeveless vests to visit the country.

In the Vatican, we’ll visit the gorgeous Basilica of St. Peter’s which is filled with the masterpieces of the legendary Michelangelo and Bernini. And then visit the Colosseum in Rome, a historical masterpiece which is very well-preserved. We continue our walking tour in Rome visiting the Victoria Emanuelle Monument (Piazza Venezia) and then to the Trevi Fountains, an 18th-century water source that was in operation in ancient Rome.

Later we return back to our hotel in Rome, where we spend our night stay.

Day 3: Visit Leaning Tower Of Pisa - Florence With City Tour – Piazzale Michelangelo

After breakfast, we will check-out from the hotel and leave to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa. This world wonder is a typical sight when you’re at the Square of Miracles or Piazza dei Miracoli. The square is also where you can see the Cathedral of St. Mary of the Assumption, the Monumental Cemetery, the Baptistry, and the Sinopie Museum. Many may not know that the construction of the Duomo here began in the 11th century!

Later we move to Florence. It is the city of Renaissance, known for the rich art and culture of works that were influenced by classical style throughout the 14th to 16th centuries. View the Duomo – the city’s most iconic landmark, the Campanile and the Baptistery with its Gates to Paradise. Also see the Piazza Della Signoria – an open-air museum crammed with Renaissance sculptures, edged by historic cafes and presided over by the magnificent Palazzo Vecchio and the famed Ponte Vecchio (bridge) across the River Arno. Next, drive to Piazzale Michelangelo to get a spectacular panoramic view of the city. We also have some free time for shopping in Florence before driving to the Padova region where we spend our night. Overnight in Bologna.

Day 4: Transfer To Venice – The Floating City Of Italy With Gondola Ride

Check out of your hotel and proceed towards Venice – Italy. City of Beautiful Monuments, Serpentine Canals, city that inspired poetry and passion through the ages. Arrive at the pier in Venice, where we board a private boat. Enjoy your ride while you sail over the Giudecca Canal, to arrive at St. Mark’s Square – the main square of Venice. View St Mark’s Basilica - one of the best examples of Byzantine architecture. Witness the famed Bell Tower and Clock Tower with the dominant sign of the Zodiac and current phase of the moon. See the Bridge of Sighs, made of white lime stone, that passes over the Rio di Palazzo, connecting the old prisons with interrogations rooms at the Doge’s Palace. Treasure a romantic Gondola ride in a flat bottomed Venetian rowing boat, amidst the stunning backdrop of baroque buildings. This truly is the best way to enjoy this enchanting city. We return to the pier and later drive to our hotel in Milan where we spend our night.

Today morning after breakfast we checkout and proceed for a orientation tour of Milan where we see the magnificient Duomo and spend time at the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. We leave Milan and proceed to the most beautiful Lake Como, where you will have the opportunity of visiting the old town and stroll through the quaint alleys of Bellagio.

Today enjoy amazing scenery, a once in a lifetime experience with an exhilarating tip to the top of Mt Titlis at 3020 metres on various cable cars including Rotair, the world’s first revolving cable car. Get a breath taking unrestricted 360 degrees stunning view of the dazzling snow caped peak, deep crevasses and pristine white snow fields, dotted with massive ice boulders from every angle. Do not forget to visit the “Cliff Walk” the highest suspension bridge in Europe along the cliff of Mt.Titlis. First we proceed to Grindelwald Terminal. The new 3S-Bahn Eiger Express takes you from the Grindelwald Terminal to the Eigergletscher station in just 15 minutes. There you board a cogwheel train to reach the highest railway station in Europe at 11,333 feet – a world of eternal ice and snow. Visit the Ice Palace where artistes create their work of art in ice. All transfers and extensive sightseeing with entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary) will be done in an air-conditioned coach.

Maximum room occupancy in Europe is 3 persons in a room.

As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double room.

Room sizes of hotels you can expect 4 stars (190 sq ft - 230 sq ft) and if 3 stars then it will be (120 - 180 sq ft).

Please note hotels in Europe don't provide free water bottles. Tap water is usually drinkable across Europe.

Visa Special Instruction
1. Passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of submission of the visa application
2. One online Visa Application form to be filled completely and signed by the applicant
3. Two recent color photograph, 35 x 45mm in size with white background with 80% face coverage
4. Covering letter from the applicant on company's letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit
5. A no objection certificate/letter from the current employer
6. If you are self employed; registration of the company/partnership deed/ Memorandum of Article (MOA) is required
7. Proof of sufficient funds.
- Bank statement for last 6 months including address and telephone number of the bank, A/C holder’s name, address with stamp and signature of bank.

8. If child under 18 applying with single parent then NOC will require from other parent with sign proof.
9. Please note that it is mandatory for each and every applicant to file in their application in person. This is required as the biometric record is captured as part of the visa application process. However, applicants below the age of 5 are exempted from this and it is not compulsory for them to come to the application center.
Note:
Applicant must have at least 4 continuous blank pages in the passport Applicants should not purchase their tickets before their visa is approved where proof of tickets issued is not listed in the checklist as a mandatory document to be provided with the application. The neither Consulate nor Yes Travel World takes any responsibility for any ticket purchased by the applicant without a visa being issued.
Note
Indian Passport holder (passport issued outside India) needs to provide an old passport containing the address of India from respective jurisdiction wise.
For emergency cases like medical treatment/sudden death, a prior approval for online submission has to be taken from the consulate of Singapore.We also have send the scanned copy of proof of incident.
Validity of the E - Visa is always 5 weeks, 3 months, 1 year or 2years. If due to system error at the Immigration, the validity is one day or 10 days then the Consulate has to be informed immediately.

Booking amount or initial deposit is minimum Rs. 30,000 per person if booking is done 45 days before travel.

Post Booking within 1 week an additional deposit of Rs. 45,000 per person needs to be paid.

For travel within 45 days of travel minimum deposit of Rs. 75,000 per person needs to be paid at time of booking.

Full 100% balance payment is required to be done 21 days prior to travel.

Full payment must be made in accordance with the policy stated above.

In case of non-compliance thereto by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour /booking of the client and forfeit the amount already deposited with the Company.

In case of any visa rejection, the cancellation charges will be Rs. 40,000 and the balance will be refunded.

The Tour can be cancelled 30 days before travel by paying 10% of the tour value as cancellation charges.

In case of any increase in any taxes in Europe, there would be a change in price which will be justified

No refunds for unutilized services.

Minimum passengers required to operate the tour is 20. In case the group strength falls below 20, the group may be merged with a similar tour. However you will not miss any sightseeings as mentioned in the itinerary.

On some occasions, you may have to join another group in case your group does not have adequate members.

If certain sightseeing/excursions are closed, then alternate sight-seeing will be arranged.

In case of inordinate delays and strict driving laws, packed dinner may be provided on that day.
